When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
When will my item be dispatched?
If your item is in stock, your estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 working days. If your item is out of stock, you will receive an email with full delivery information. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Cosyfurniture.uk containing your estimated delivery details.
Will my items be delivered assembled?
As all items are made up of several components, they are unfortunately not delivered pre-assembled. However, all necessary instructions and tools are included in the box. We have made the assembly process as straightforward as possible so you can easily put your items together at home.
What should I do if I am not at home when my delivery arrives?

Why has only one item been delivered?
Some of our products are packed across multiple parcels which are dispatched together. In some cases, parcels may travel in separate vehicles and therefore arrive on different days. Please allow a little extra time before getting in touch β your remaining items are on their way!

How to return an item?
If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order via our Contact Us page before sending anything back to us. Our team will guide you through the returns process step by step and provide you with all the necessary information to ensure your return goes as smoothly as possible.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. Once your return has been received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.
Please note that returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery β unfortunately we are unable to accept return requests made after this period.

How Will I Receive My Refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected by our team, you will be refunded the full 100% of your original order value β every penny, guaranteed.

You will not be issued store credit or vouchers unless specifically requested β your money goes straight back to where it came from.
