Return Shipping Costs

Faulty or incorrect items: No cost to you whatsoever. This applies when the item received is incorrect, damaged in transit or faulty in any way β we will cover all return shipping costs in full.

Change of mind returns: The actual return shipping cost is covered by the customer. This applies when the wrong item was ordered, the item does not fit or is no longer wanted. Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item

Pack your item: Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, labels and documentation.

Send it back: Ship your return following the instructions provided in your return authorisation email. We recommend using the carrier or shipping method specified in that email.
